1. Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from date of purchase

2. Gift vouchers can be used to purchase products on somekindpress.com only and are not valid for purchases of Somekind products from third-party stockists.

3. Purchases exceeding the gift voucher’s available balance require the difference to be paid by other methods.

4. Gift vouchers cannot be reloaded or topped up and no further value may be added to it

5. Gift vouchers do not incur any post-supply or administration fees.

6. Gift vouchers can be used in conjunction with discount codes

7. Gift vouchers cannot be used to purchase additional gift vouchers

8. Gift vouchers will only be supplied via email as a digital voucher which can be used on our website. The recipient of the gift voucher must enter the 16-digit code at the cart at checkout.

9. Gift vouchers can be used multiple times or until the balance reduces to $0

10. All gift voucher values are displayed and sold in Australian Dollars

11. Gift vouchers are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. No change will be given on the unused portion of the voucher and gift vouchers cannot be used to purchase additional gift vouchers

12. Somekind does not guarantee the replacement of gift vouchers if lost, stolen, destroyed, photocopied or altered in any way and accepts no responsibility for the loss, theft or destruction of the gift voucher.

13. If the gift voucher is lost, the recipient may email enquiries@somekindpress.com to request it to be resent to the original email used at purchase.

14. The customer is liable for all transactions on the gift voucher except to the extent to which there has been fraud or negligence by Somekind.

15. Purchasing or using this gift voucher constitutes that you accept these terms and conditions.
